Notion Specialist

We’re Intobi - a software development company, located in Kyiv . Our main specialization is Web & Mobile applications + UI/UX Design.
We are currently looking for a successful Notion Specialist for one of our clients.
Full-Time, Long-Term position.
Requirements:
— Proficiency in Notion:
— At least 1 year of experience using Notion as a tool for project management, database organization, planning, or similar tasks.
— Ability to create and structure databases, templates, tables, and workspaces.
— Knowledge of basic automation and integrations within Notion (if required).
— English Language Skills:
— Minimum level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
— Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
— Confident communication skills for business correspondence and meetings (if necessary).
— General Requirements:
— Attention to detail and structured thinking.
— Experience working in teams that rely on Notion for collaboration.
— Preferably, familiarity with other productivity tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp) for better adaptability.
— Soft Skills:
— Organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
— Willingness and ability to adapt to team needs and train others in using Notion.
— Additional Skills (Optional, but Preferred):
— Knowledge of basic UX design principles or the ability to create user-friendly interfaces in Notion.
— Experience integrating Notion with other services (Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
— Understanding of Notion API functionality (for technical roles).
