We are Bato — a full-cycle web design and development agency, and we are looking for an Project Manager to join us and help build great digital solutions for our clients along with the team.
We work with clients from all over the world as a reliable partner, so we count on your skills and abilities in order to keep providing top-notch services and growing together.
Responsibilities:
- Managing several web projects at the same time;
- Task management and planning;
- Scrum meetings, video calls with teams and clients;
- Written communication and documentation;
- Creation of specifications for the development team and UI/UX experts based on client’s project requirements;
- Working on client’s technical documentation of requirements (if provided);
- Team time management and working with budget
Main skills required:
- English and Ukrainian skills (both written and verbal), at least B2;
- Working with task management and communication systems like Gitlab, Trello, Notion, Slack;
- Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Understanding of UI/UX and web development concepts and process;
- Strong ability to motivate, manage and organize individuals and teams;
- Ability to foresee issues, risks as well as opportunities;
- French will be a plus*
