We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at Livatek to work in the office. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our team, ensuring smooth service delivery while helping clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s managing distributed teams, onboarding new clients, or improving processes, you’ll play a crucial role in creating successful partnerships.

Responsibilities include:
Client Management:
- Help clients get started (onboarding) and guide them every step of the way.
- Be the go-to person for clients on non-commercial questions.
- Proactively set and manage client expectations to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and help them succeed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure clients get the support they need.
Working with Distributed Teams:
- Help clients plan and build the right team in collaboration with recruitment.
- Support team members during onboarding.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment for both clients and teams.
- Organize and lead facilitation workshops to improve team dynamics and efficiency.
Project Management:
- Work with sub-contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee project progress and ensure it aligns with client expectations.
Process Improvement:
- Keep an eye on our internal processes and suggest improvements to make them better.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement enhancements.
Who You’ll Work With:
- You’ll report directly to our CEO.
- As a member of the management team, you’ll have a voice in shaping how we work.
Skills required:
- 2+ year university degree in business, software development, or humanities (with some additional training in technical or agile-related topics).
- You’ve spent at least 2+ years working in a software company and taken on increasing responsibilities.
- You may have experience in roles like: Scrum Master or Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager. Alternatively, you might come from a technical role (e.g., Team Lead) but have discovered that working with people is your true passion.
