| As ERP project implementation lead, you will act as the bridge between HALO Ukraine and the wider business in the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers and stakeholders and be responsible for co-ordinating tasks and activities within the Ukraine programme for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with all involved parties |
Requirements
- A business and finance process-oriented mindset that can seamlessly switch between technology and finance/business concepts.
- Experience of accounting software and processes preferably 1C and NetSuite with an understanding of multi-currency, multi-subsidiary.
- Experience in leading or working within a project team delivering ERP projects.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a good level of English.
- Creative, inquisitive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office package
- Good process knowledge of ERP solutions across key financial areas gained either as an end user or as part of implementation team.
- Willingness & capability to learn new solutions at a fast pace
- Knowledge of NetSuite integrations with third-party systems.

- Primarily office work/remote
- Travel overseas and within the Ukraine as and when required (maximum 3 x 1-week visits per year)
