Position: Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager with experience in venture capital, family offices, or private equity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business processes, proficiency in modern financial technologies, and exceptional communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Department Coordination: Streamline communication and workflows between teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Presentation Development: Create impactful pitch decks, reports, and other visual materials.
- Content Creation: Draft professional texts, emails, and communications tailored to various audiences.
- Visual and Graphic Work: Collaborate with designers to refine images and graphics for project deliverables.
- Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and databases to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Schedule and lead calls with clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Research and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to prepare actionable insights and project summaries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in venture capital, family offices, private equity, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of business processes, financial structures, and investment workflows.
- Knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, and fintech developments.
- Excellent command of English, including the ability to write professional materials and communicate fluently with native speakers.
- Advanced skills in preparing presentations and handling data with precision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, database management, and process automation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with grants, startups, and fundraising initiatives.
- Strong financial literacy and knowledge of financial modeling or data analysis.
