We are looking for a Voice Customer Support Specialist (English, 2/2)
Requirements:
- Confident use of Google tools
- Good communication skills
- Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
- Client-based mentality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge
Language proficiency:
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)
Ukrainian — Proficiency (C2)
Russian — Proficiency (C2)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product related questions
- Closing tickets in one touch
- Record-keeping
- Team interaction
Would be a plus:
- Experience in client support
- Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)

Schedule: 1st-2nd month with a fixed schedule: 10:00—18:00 Mon-Fri.
Starting from the 2nd-3rd month: 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00, 2/2 (time zone of Ukraine).
