Right now, we’re looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join InterContinental Kyiv sales team.

Responsibilities:
- To ensure optimum sales on both short/long term basis within the agreed markets adhering to stated IC Kyiv procedures.
- To be fully conversant with the Business Plan and overall financial/business mix objectives.
- To build up new contracts in agreed areas and other areas after consultation with the Sales Manager.
- To report back on local and other relevant conditions/competition. To visit other hotels for leads and competitor information.
- To assist with in-house sales activities, promoting the facilities by showing clients the hotel and entertaining them to lunch or dinner when necessary.
- To submit a monthly report on all sales activities and assist with the compilation of company room night statistics each month.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years experience in Sales
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluent English
- Guest-oriented and enthusiastic is a must
- Good multi-functional skills
- Ability to react fast and confidently in on-the-spot and stressful situations
- Knowledge of Opera/Fidelio is a plus
