Treasury Analyst (temporary position)

Bayer Ltd, International company open the vacancy of Treasury Analyst (temporary position while maternity leave of permanent employee) 

The purpose of this position is to support achievement of group financial goals in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations; to ensure quality and compliance of the treasury processes, including the Area of payment processing and banking communications. 

Responsibilities:

• Supports optimization of financial resources, financial management 
• Operational liquidity management (accounts, cash pooling, payments) 
• Treasury planning
• Local management of the loan portfolio
• Treasury IT systems (e.g. Adaptiv, CoFiPot)
• Supports risk management for currencies and interest rates
• External and internal financial transactions (e.g. loans, investments, or derivatives) 
• Administration of the bank account authorizations (signatories, access etc.)
• Support of bank controls (financial monitoring; inquiries; analysis etc.)
• Support of local financial investments (bonds etc.)
• Payment processing and banking communications, negotiation of local banking conditions
• Dividend planning 
• Support of business with obtaining, administrating of banking guarantees 

General requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance, economics and/or accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in a financial accounting department, treasury, or equivalent experience 
• Special knowledge about global processes of Finance
• Comprehensive SAP and digital skills 
• Fluently in English 
• Good knowledge and understanding of the local economic and business environment. Knowledge of country requirements about documents, legislation, etc.
