You can become a part of our team if:

  • Order is our primary objective in resource management and goal achievement. Being structured in your affairs and having order in your thoughts always enables you to create a clear plan of action and execute that plan.
  • Planning is a way of life for you. It helps you avoid making hasty decisions, sets clear goals, and provides a well-defined path for their implementation. Therefore, determining the organization’s goals and developing a financial strategy won’t be difficult for you.
  • Control is an essential component of your life. It’s necessary for identifying and solving problems before they become too serious. Thanks to your observation skills and consistency in preventing chaos in business, you can ensure you won’t lose sight of any aspect of the organization’s activities.
  • Communication is a pivotal skill in your toolkit. Being able to articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in English is crucial. It’s important to note that effective communication with an accounting team of clients and financial consultants from the UK will necessitate at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing 20 PEs (FOPs): monthly tax payments; quarterly tax reporting; bookkeeping; invoicing; PE (FOP) registration; preparing and signing NDAs, contracts, and invoices with PEs.
  2. Payroll administration: calculating salaries, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  3. Client Invoicing: creating estimates and invoices in Zoho Books; recording payments.
  4. Client Communication: interacting with clients regarding payments and overdue invoices.
  5. Monthly Reporting: generating internal reports and uploading them to Zoho Books.
  6. Monthly Bank Statements: recording bank transactions in Zoho Books.
  7. Employee Bill Generation: creating bills for employees in Zoho Books.
  8. Creating financial plans for the year, quarter, and month (in the future).
  9. Planing cash receipts and account balances (in the future).

Key requirements:

  1. Previous exposure to cloud-based accounting systems (eg Zoho Books/Quickbooks/Xero etc).
  2. Analytical mindset.
  3. Reasonable level of Excel skills.
