The company is expanding, and we are looking for new talent. We need a Financial controller who will manage financial control over expenses, procurement, and reporting for the company’s contact center.

Your responsibilities:
Monitor payments;
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders;
Participate in the preparation of management reporting within your areas of responsibility;
Improve and automate processes;
Conduct financial analysis for your reporting areas;
Participate in building the FP&A function;
Ensure the accuracy of information in operational reports used by stakeholders;
Handle additional tasks related to reporting and fulfill management requests within your area of responsibility.
What we expect from you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or Auditor;
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
Experience working with IFRS;
Ability to work with large data sets and spreadsheets;
Understanding of ERP systems at the user level (1C or similar);
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It will be a plus if you have:
A certification confirming your knowledge of financial reporting under IFRS (DipIFR, ACCA in progress, or similar);
Experience working at a Big4 company.
