Finance manager-accountant
We are the team working with International clients, doing daily accounting as well as financial reporting for the management, investors, shareholders.
Main responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, such as invoices, payments, expenses into Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Zoho or MeritAktiva.
Data analysis: various analytical data for processing, verification of information, mainly in GoogleSheets or Excel.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help in processing invoices, verifying payment details, and tracking outstanding payments owed to the company.
Reconciliations of financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Payroll: Ensure that payroll is accurately calculated and entered into the system
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing management financial reports, KPIs, summaries, Profit and loss, Balance sheet and Cash flow.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal or external audits.
Communication: Collaborate with clients, the team to gather financial information and address accounting-related inquiries
Requirements:
1. University degree in business administration, finance
2. At least 2-3 years professional experience in finance and accounting
3. Excellent communication in written and verbal form in Ukrainian. English at least B1, B2 level
4. Proven skills to handle many details, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, ability to work independently
