We are looking to hire Senior Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic development and implementation of Shopper Marketing plans, based on the Local Marketing plans that drives categories profitable growth;
• Annual and quarterly activation planning; 
• Developing and managing category Budget with the focus on activation results effectiveness;
• Category review of TSM activations: quarterly internal and external updates; 
• Creating tailor made activations: selling story, customized presentation, visibility materials, promo, demo and training; 
• Leading, developing and executing all aspects of the shopper marketing strategy focused on finding the right assortment/ channel? Strategic inputs for listing and distribution process.
• Creating and managing In-store Excellence projects (shelving & merchandizing, equipment, POSm, CatMan projects) and sell-out drive programs.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree;
• 3+ years experience in Trade Marketing within top FMCG Multinational Companies or Electronic retail;
• Expertise in driving the business through different trade channels;
• Upper intermediate English, Fluent Ukrainian;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Strong analytical, organizational, team working, communicational skills;
• Experience in Sales is a plus.
