The practice’s recent projects include a USD 480 million financing package for MHP; a successful USD 2.3 billion debt restructuring for Metinvest B.V.; a construction funding package for the largest renewable energy project in Ukraine, the 250MW "Syvash" wind power plant; and an EUR 27 million long-term project for Kovalska Group. We represent various large-scale international and local financial institutions and banks, including EBRD, IFC, NIB, BSTDB.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong legal education and fundamentals.
- Proficient business English is required.
- Verifiable legal research and analysis skills.
- Drive to deliver excellence and resilience under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Legal research and initial analysis for new projects.
- Drafting and performing translations of legal documents.
- Preparing legal alerts, newsletters, publications, and presentations related to internal capabilities and external business development.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and briefing legislative changes.
- Support projects in multiple practices within the firm as needed.
