We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join for partner fast-growing startup and help take communications to the next level.
Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing or communications (preferably in a startup environment).
- Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its stakeholders (investors, customers, partners).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter creation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design (experience with graphic design tools is a plus).
- Familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of event communications, from pre-event marketing to post-event follow-ups.
- Create and distribute engaging newsletters to keep our audience informed and excited about upcoming events.
- Run and grow our social media channels, creating content that resonates with our target audience.
- Assist with daily event operations, including sending invitations to participants and following up on RSVPs via email and Hubspot CRM.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Canva for various communication materials
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of all communications-related tasks.
- Track and analyze the performance of communications and marketing efforts, providing insights for improvement.
