Our agency is always looking for new ways to attract customers. While we’ve been sceptical about Upwork and haven’t used it since 2016, we’re now experimenting with a new business model in a specific niche and Upwork seems like a good fit. We’ve already made some initial efforts and the results have been promising. Now, we need a junior leadgen manager / assistant to handle this on a daily, full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Write winning proposals (bids) on Upwork. After the client’s response, communication is conducted by other managers.
- Craft highly customized cover letters.
- Follow up with potential clients in a timely and consistent manner.
- Fill in and track each bid in a spreadsheet to ensure analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent writing skills to craft compelling and persuasive cover letters.
- Organized and result-oriented.
- Ability to think outside the box and create distinctive bids.
English Level
Strong Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2-C1).
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, and IT.
Compensation
Fixed salary plus a bonus(!) for each positive response received to your bids on Upwork.
Work Schedule and Timezone
Flexible 8 hr/day, Mon — Fri, EET Time Zone.
