Responsibilities:
- Focus on sales of business communication equipment and software to key industries: construction, security, emergency services, and more.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ukrainian market and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct cold calls and actively search for new customers.
- Organize and lead meetings (online/offline) to present products and services tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Travel for business meetings in Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and the USA.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on experience selling business equipment or IT solutions, specifically in the Ukrainian market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience analyzing sales data to make data-driven decisions.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address client objections and close deals.
- Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for seamless communication with international clients.
Additional Advantages:
- Experience conducting business trips and in-person meetings in the USA and Eastern Europe.
