What You’ll Do:
- Monthly US GAAP bookkeeping in QBOs for in-scope companies (3 LE in USA);
- Control over contractors agreements, invoicing and payments (using BAF accounting software) and relevant reporting;
- Posting of manual journal correcting/adjusting entries for in-scope companies;
- Prepare closing package for in-scope companies;
- Provide explanations/supporting documentation, if required;
- Upon request prepare and maintain documentation on relevant business processes, internal procedures and controls, etc;
- Actively contribute and participate in financial related projects to meet the requirement of reporting and business needs, such as migration SAP system integration, etc;
- Complete the monthly financial reporting and analysis to Finance Team review;
- Understand local regulations on accounting, tax, foreign exchange, and related accounting; reporting issues.
Additional information:
- Readiness for overtime is a must.
Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting;
- Good Communication English level — both spoken and written (B2);
- Experience in NA companies is mostly required;
- Strong knowlege of QuickBooks online is a must;
- Relevant experience in audit is advantageous;
- Excellent accuracy, precision, exactness, and ability to interact with all many people;
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
- Able to work independently and highly meticulous;
- Working experience in SAP is highly regarded.
