We are pleased to announce that Paythex, is collaborating with our friend company and helps them to identify and recruit a highly qualified Head of Payment Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of account managers representing a portfolio of over 10 major e-commerce merchants.
- Ensure merchants' monthly requirements of 18-25 successful PSP and EMI account opening applications are met.
- Forecasting and reacting to challenges that may occur during applications and always being ready with backup solutions.
- Managing and overseeing the incorporation of entities in Europe and internationally including taxation and corporate tax matters.
- Leading and monitoring submission of financial reports to those different jurisdictions such as the UK, Hong Kong, and UAE and/or regulating authorities if relevant.
- Oversee daily payment operations to ensure all applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare monthly management reports indicating the work evaluation of the team and the projects, including full statuses of the applications.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Negotiate contracts with Financial Institutions and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to secure favorable commission terms.
- Lead the payment research division to identify new financial institution partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the PSP landscape and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international payment regulations and standards.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of USD 4000.
- Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm (Kyiv time).
- Remote work.
