In Ukraine already successfully operates 50 Stores.

We are looking for PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join our big international family.

Location: Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Calculates, keeps and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime
• Calculates settlements for annual leaves, sick leaves and resigned persons.
• Prepares reports for HQ regarding staff.
• Arranges personnel documents in accordance with legal regulations
• Advises management on work related regulations
• Coordinates Labor relations with official bodies.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• English (both written & verbal) - intermediate level
• 2+ years of payroll administration experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices involving salaries, hourly, sales commission employees
• Team player
• Good planning and organization skills
• High sense of responsibility
