Main tasks:
- Provide analytical and technical support for Ukraine’s digital identity and trust services (including gap analysis and recommendations) and contribute to digital identity architecture design and interoperability work.
- Engage with Ukrainian stakeholders, support expert consultations and technical meetings, and facilitate coordination between national institutions and international partners.
- Support procurement processes (including preparing technical specifications, reviewing technical requirements and vendor proposals) and international digital identity initiatives with research and technical input.
- Conduct comparative analyses of digital identity, trust services regulation, and interoperability standards, ensure alignment with international frameworks such as eIDAS, and prepare analytical materials including gap assessments, comparison matrices, and policy briefs.
The suitable candidate will have:
- Professional experience supporting government institutions or international digital transformation programmes (including preparing technical documentation and policy materials).
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks for electronic identification and trust services (experience in technical procurement or infrastructure deployment is an advantage).
- Comprehensive understanding of eID systems, PKI, trust services, digital identity wallets and interoperability frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
- Proactivity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (C1 level).
- Higher education at bachelor’s level or above, preferably a master's degree in law, information systems, public administration, cybersecurity, or a related area.
