You are the right candidate if you:
- Have experience in logistics, transport coordination, or customer support;
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle large amounts of information;
- Can make quick decisions in non-standard situations;
- Understand technological processes within a logistics company and want to improve service quality;
- Speak German at a B2 level or higher.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution of cargo pickup requests among couriers;
- Monitor routes and ensure successful pickups and deliveries;
- Provide support to couriers regarding the correct processing of waybills and conflict resolution;
- Consult on procedures for damaged goods, shortages, or force majeure situations;
- Handle unidentified or damaged shipments;
- Conduct calls to recipients to verify service quality and collect feedback.
