Our Client - one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, which has been operating in Ukraine for more than 20 years, announces the position of Customer Service Specialist
Main duties:
- To build and maintain relationships with distributors
- To proceed with order taking and invoicing by performing coordination of customers’ orders and payments in cooperation with Finance & Trade Departments
- To handle claims, returns, provision processes
- To process in CEP SAP and internal SCh tools for the sales administration
- To track and follow-up the picking, handling, and product withdrawals or deliveries against processed orders together with the Warehouse division.
- To report on sales turnover, returns, KPIs within the frame of established SCh procedures & tools, to provide other required reporting
- To ensure transversal cooperation and data exchange with affiliate business units and supporting functions
- To drive sales administration for continual improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service management, logistics, sales administration, or customer service experience, ideally in pharma or FMCG
- Experience and values building long-term relationships with customers
- PC literacy, SAP/R3, BW module
- MS Office (expert in Excel)
- English level B1-B2 both written and spoken
- Communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
- Time-management skills
