Logistics Support Representative (shifts schedule)

Due to company growth and development, we are looking for a Logistics Support Representative to join our team in the Kyiv office, who will help with documents flow, tracking drivers and helping to resolve other issues.
Requirements:
excellent verbal and written English skills;
proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);
organized and responsible;
attentive to details;
previous experience at similar positions or logistics field would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers, including checking on the working hours (logbooks);
support operational activity of the company: documents checking, updating the system, providing updates;
communication with drivers, staff members and assisting them with various inquiries.

Work conditions:
Hybrid work at the Kyiv city center (remote night shifts).
Shifts Schedule: 5 working days/ 3 days off.
- Morning shift (7 AM - 2 PM);
- Afternoon shift (2 PM - 10 PM);
- Night shift (10 PM - 7 AM). (Please note, that the schedule includes all shifts).
