Position Purpose
In close collaboration with the Program Coordinators, Activity Program Coordinators, defining and implementing the program strategy. Being involved for the planning and development of the Case management model according to the Objective 2 in the project, according to Project HOPE policies, with consideration of international and national protocols, to ensure the delivery of quality rehabilitation services for patients and their communities.
Main Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for the appropriateness and quality of program interventions conducted by Project HOPE and being expected to identify and work on removing barriers to better patient safety, effective rehabilitation services, and better patient-centered activities
- Counselling and support. Providing of consultation of program needs • Rights and responsibilities. In-depth knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of both beneficiaries and social service providers
- Administrative and legal activities. Knowledge in the use of administrative and legal mechanisms for awarding social assistance, subsidies and other types of support.
- Planning and reporting. Knowledge of planning and reporting in the social security system, including monitoring and inspection of the quality of social services.
- Organization and management. In-depth knowledge of the organization and management of processes in social welfare, including coordination with other organizations and institutions.
- Analyzing the current status of case management service in rehabilitation • Participation in the development of case management structure
- Providing reports
- Ethical standards. Adherence to ethical principles and standards in professional practice
Educational background
University degree in social work, public health, medicine or relevant.
Years of Experience:
More than 3 years of practical work in Ukraine medical, social, or humanitarian sector. 2 years in NGO – is advantage.
Language Skills :
- Ukrainian – fluent
- Fluency in English and excellent writing skills are required. Minimum English requirement: B2.
