International Charitable Foundation «SOS Children’s Villages» is looking for a professional to join our team at the position of Reporting Advisor
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of programs within humanitarian or non-governmental organizations.
- Experience in preparing and editing analytical reports for various audiences, including donors.
- Experience in data collection for assessing best practices and social impact.
- Solid knowledge of Project Cycle Management principles (needs assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting).
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data, summarize information, and identify key insights.
- Experience in developing reporting templates and implementing databases for data collection and processing.
- Ability to conduct comparative data analysis and assess program sustainability and social impact.
- Experience in coordinating communication across departments to meet reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing high-quality visual materials (graphs, charts, presentations).
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of organization and ability to establish effective communication across departments.
- Sharing the values, aims and objectives of organisation, and commitment to humanitarian principles and international humanitarian standards.
Responsibilities:
- collecting and analyzing relevant data and information of the activities performed in the Foundation;
- designing reporting templates and ensuring content integrity;
- setting the reporting database;
- preparing consolidated reports based on the analysis of the received information, highlighting key findings and insights;
- ensuring seamless communication across departments regarding report deadlines;
- delivering meaningful insights to stakeholders;
- creating monthly and/or annual reports for various target groups;
- conducting comparative analysis of reporting data for the required period of the Foundation’s activities;
- supporting project proposal development by giving advice regarding project indicators, short-term and long-term impact, sustainability;
- collecting data concerning sustainability and long-term impact of the Foundation’s activities, best practices
