As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a data-driven Benefits Analyst to help optimize our benefits programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and remain competitive in the market.

Role Overview:
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing market data to ensure the company’s benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs. You will gather employee feedback, track program effectiveness, and work closely with the Benefits Manager to recommend improvements. Additionally, you will develop communication strategies to help employees understand and engage with their benefits options.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in benefits analysis, HR analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and report on benefits-related data.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools for tracking benefits participation and program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex benefits concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Experience developing communication materials (e.g., guides, presentations) that simplify benefits information.
• Certifications in Benefits Analysis or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Benefits Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research on competitor benefits packages, analyzing market trends in health, wellness, and other benefits.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the Benefits Manager on how to enhance or update the company’s benefits offerings to remain competitive.

Employee Feedback & Satisfaction:
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to assess satisfaction with the company’s benefits programs.
• Use surveys and other feedback tools to gauge employee engagement with benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement.

Communication Plan Development:
• Develop communication strategies and materials to ensure employees understand the benefits available to them.
• Create user-friendly guides, presentations, and other resources that clearly explain benefits options and their value.

Benefits Program Monitoring:
• Track participation rates and utilization of benefits programs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the benefits programs and recommend adjustments based on analysis and employee feedback.

Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on the performance and effectiveness of benefits programs, summarizing key trends and insights.
• Present findings to the Benefits Manager and senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
