A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Business Analyst to join Consumer Experience team. We propose to work with eCommerce & CRM solutions for IQOS in Ukraine. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes; defining and formalizing technical requirement; support of development and testing processes; troubleshooting technical issues with development team. Your main counterparts would be Product owner, Product and IT Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, translating business needs into system requirements
- Preparing technical specifications and system documentation
- Design flows/schemas of business-processes
- Keep technical documentation for business processes
- Coordinate development team and support development process
- Perform integration testing and support UAT
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Regular catch-ups with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 1-2 year of experience on BA or similar position
- Understanding of Project Management and SDLC principles
- Understanding of BPMN notation and experience in building flows (Cawemo, modeler.camunda, etc.)
- Ability to translate business and stakeholder’s requirements into functional and non-functional product requirements
- Hands-on experience of core business analysis techniques and tools
- Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies be an advantage
- English: Intermediate and higher, Ukrainian: fluent
Will be advantage:
- Understanding of web services (REST, Web API) and best practices
- Experience with JavaScript/Corezoid/Node-RED will be an advantage
- Understanding of data bases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with SQL
- Cloud services understanding (AWS, Google cloud, Azure)
- Work experience in an international company (product Company Type preferable)
