  • Requirements:
    - Knowledge of techniques for processing and analyzing large amounts of data;
    - Understand HR processes;
    - Have analytical skills;
    - Be able not only to calculate, but also to present the results of calculations in an understandable form (graphs, reports, presentations);
    - Have a systems thinking and understanding of decision-making.

  • Will be plus:
    Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Jira, Confluence.

  • Responsibilities:
    - Preparation of HR reporting: prepare dashboards/presentations, calculate indicators in Excel and provide information in tabular form, analyze and summarize important indicators such as staffing, turnover and HR management efficiency;
    - Creation of new reporting forms: Develop and implement new reporting forms that allow for more detailed and efficient analysis of data on HR management indicators;
    - Verification of reporting: Ensure quality verification and consolidation of data from different regions to create overall HR reporting;
    - Analyze reporting, forecasting and planning of HR process updates based on statistical data (e.g., headcount and staffing needs forecasting; turnover and vacancy replacement forecasting);
    - Actively participate in the implementation of IT products and solutions in HR: automation of HR processes and their redesign; implementation of new systems, automation methods; setting up automated data analysis; building new systems for collecting and storing information;
    - Maintenance of existing and development of new HR metrics: audit and calculation of existing metrics; search for insights, based on which new metrics will be introduced; participation in the development and implementation of new metrics;
    - Audit of HR processes.
