Promin agency is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency that specializes in advertising products and solving business challenges for a variety of projects within the Flyer One Ventures and Genesis ecosystems. Promin agency is searching for a Project Manager who is client-oriented, analytical and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing successful projects and fostering strong client relationships in a high-performance team.
What you’ll do:
- Ensuring support and development of long-term partnerships with clients throughout all project stages.
- Conducted negotiations and presentations and consulted clients about the company’s services.
- Clear task assignments for the team, monitoring execution, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Tracking and achieving project KPIs.
- Preparing and submitting reports using analytical tools.
- Managing financial operations: monitoring invoice payments and accounts receivable.
- Analyzing project performance and developing proposals to improve metrics and optimize or expand service packages.
We’re excited about you because...:
- Understanding of contextual advertising and website optimization to meet search engine requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager (in a marketing or digital agency).
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- English C1+
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Resilience to stress, ability to handle challenging situations/clients, and skills in addressing objections.
- High literacy, ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.
- Client-oriented approach, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
