With our hard- and software products we are enabling fast ordering in leading restaurant chains such as Subway and Burger King. Our systems interact with thousands of customers each day.
We are a dynamic/tech-driven team, based in Germany, with passion for delivering the best systems. For our operations team we are looking for a Team Lead who has energy for change, can build relationships, and deliver sustainable results.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead team of 5 Operations Specialist and make sure that workers achieve their goals
- Plan and Schedule Updates
- Monitor the Quality of the Updates
- Identify Issues and make improvements to processes
- Communicate with clients
- Help Operations Team resolve issues and communicate with other teams
Expectations from you:
- At least 3 year of work experience
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced English
- Technical Mindset with high level of responsibility
- Learn how the system works and how data needs to be set up
- Attention to detail
- Experience in leading a team
- Good communication skills
