About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a team member, you will assist in the Company’s Compliance process, help develop and publish numerous other compliance and impact disclosures, incorporate principles to manage questionnaire and survey responses, and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely disclosures are leveraged and documented via our Compliance process.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of developing and implementing effective Compliance and Impact projects.
- Research, develop, and perform compliance reviews based on regulatory and internal requirements. Includes analysis of records, reports, regulations, and operating procedures and practices.
- Assist as a thought partner and collaborator on Compliance reporting, benchmarking best-in-class methods, monitoring future trends and priorities.
- Assist in managing questionnaire and survey responses, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely disclosures are leveraged and documented via our Compliance processes.
- Conduct research in open sources about prospective or partners, and counterparties, with a focus on Impact aspects.
- Prepare analysis and summaries of findings to prepare compliance screening/KYC reports based on research in open sources and existing corporate information systems and tools.
- Assist in reviewing and improving business controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and other undertakings.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to support review findings further.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners and senior leaders to support the development and execution of compliance workstreams focused on enhancements based on trending compliance requirements.
- Assist in training employees on Compliance, Impact and Gender requirements.
- Support in maintenance and further development of compliance recordkeeping system and tools.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Complete higher education. A degree in compliance, sustainability, environment, mathematics, data science, or related field.
- Proven track record working in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related positions.
- Knowledge of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Corruption, Sanctions and other relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory guidelines and best practices is required.
- The genuine interest and aspiration to pursue a career in Compliance and Impact fields.
- High professional standards and values with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and corporate responsibility.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, identify and resolve problems and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- A curious and open-minded attitude with a desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Business fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and English.
