Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its partner – Manpower Ukraine, is looking for a Market Research Analyst.
Purpose
Key accountability is to lead local consumer insights, market research and data analytics strategy, managing local research projects and insights analytics, including its design, management, analysis, and reporting, merging different sources of data and being able to translate data into actionable consumer insights.
Key accountabilities:
- Manage local research projects (both ad-hoc and ongoing trackers) depending on business objectives to support strategic decision making. In this process apply and respect PMI research protocols and policies, as well as manage local research agencies. Brief, supervise and attend research fieldwork to ensure the highest standards of quality and insights. Analyze and interpret results, summarizing business implications, presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Lead the set-up, analysis and tracking of the regional PMI needs based on market and consumer data and consequently generate, consolidate, and contextualize local consumer insights.
- Conduct in-depth diagnostic research in EU markets to understand LAS smokers’ behaviors. Translate them into actionable insights and draw conclusions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a market research department, or research agency
- Degree in sociology, marketing, or business-related fields.
- Extended knowledge in traditional market research methodologies (qual and quant)
- Experience in digital analytics (such as CRM, Social Media Listening, SEO)
- Fluency in English is a must.
