And now, when AI technologies are breathing down the necks of giant companies, we are expanding and looking for the right people to generate innovation and drive change together. Currently we are looking for experienced Business Process Analyst Middle + level to enhance organizational efficiency by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.

What will be on your task list:

• conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights on current processes;
• analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement;
• design and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
• implement automated solutions to streamline operations;
• develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on new processes.

Skill pack for high-quality performance:

• written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level;
• at least 2.5 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement;
• strong understanding of process design and re-engineering methodology;.
• familiarity with automation tools and techniques;
• excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels;
• ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions;
• proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Tableau) to interpret process metrics and KPIs.

Nice-to-have:

• familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
• knowledge of BPMN or similar frameworks to visually represent and communicate processes;
• experience in leading workshops and discussions to gather input and drive consensus among stakeholders.
