Marketing Operations Manager

Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. Our typical clients are European, American and Japanese startups and small-to-mid sized companies working with our teams as permanent and equal extensions to their own software departments. With our collaboration model, engineers get direct access to the client’s technical management and work hand-in-hand with their peers both on the client’s side and in Ukraine. We as the Vendor ensure all non-tech questions are solved in a supportive manner. Now we are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

To thrive in this role, you must embody the following:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated success in creating and improving processes in a fast-growth environment.
• Versatility: A proven track record of working across departments and quickly adapting to new challenges.
• Process Improvement Guru: You excel at designing, auditing, and improving scalable systems that drive efficiency and productivity.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in pulling data, displaying data for users on a daily, monthly, quarterly, annual basis, and analyzing metrics to assess performance and guide decisions.
• Leadership Skills and Self-Autonomy: At least a year of managerial experience. Proven ability to mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Relentless Problem Solver: You see challenges as opportunities and tackle them with creativity and persistence.
• Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes that drive client satisfaction and team member behaviors that support client program utilization.
• Exceptional Communicator: Ability to align and energize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Main requirements:

• Have 3+ years of marketing experience;
• At least a year of managerial experience;
• At least a year of hands-on experience in SEO;
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management basics: readiness to lead marketing projects having vision and OKRs defined;
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management tools and how processes could be optimized with their proper usage;
• Fluency in Excel/Spreadsheets (pivot tables and formulas) and readiness to prepare all kind of reports using very diverse sources of data;
• Proven track record of improving and optimizing internal processes with measurable outcome;
• Excellent communication skills and readiness to lead teams in time;
• At least Intermediate English level;
• Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-oriented personality.
