Responsibilities:
- Managing invoices (client and staff), payment control.
- Active work with Excel for managing accounting data.
- Handling accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
- Preparing and submitting reports for individual entrepreneurs (FOP in Ukraine).
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for UK compliance (with the support of specialists).
- Preparing completion certificates.
- Payroll processing for employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables, data analysis).
- Knowledge of accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
- English level at least intermediate.
- Experience with invoices and FOP reporting.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to understand the specifics of UK reporting.
