Job Description:
Our Client, well known US based Insuranse brokerage company is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Sales representative, ready for cold calls
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target key prospects in the Insuranse sphera of Tracking and Logistics industry.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling , and outreach campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Loadbase's software solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies that align with business objectives.
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and improve performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Flexible remote work environment (fully remote, working hours to be discussed, approximately 3:00 PM – 24:00 AM Kyiv time (5:00 AM PT – 2:00 PM PT))
