Our client is a fintech startup (Forex product). They are looking for a full-time, remote Customer Support Operator to join their team.
What you will need to do:
— Working with support cases (chats, emails, and phone calls).
— Make first contact with new clients.
— Help our customers with onboarding.
— Collect and process clients’ feedback.
— Provide regular reports to our clients.
— Participate in updating internal documentation (such as Help Center, CRM etc).
Requirements :
— English B2.
— Experience with trading must have.
— Psychologically resilient and customer minded.
— Good communication skills.
— Responsible and attentive to details.
— Quick to learn and ability to multitask.
— Experience in supporting forex or trading platforms, ensuring reliable functionality and user satisfaction.
