Legal Counsel
Your role:
- Preparation of corporate documents, review and drafting contracts of various types
- Full business legal support (marketing, sales, logistics & supply chain, production, finance etc.). Advising business and individuals on corporate, commercial and regulatory law matters
- Dealing with consumers’ claims and requests, authorities’ requests, internal and external audits, litigations
- Legal support of M&A projects, compliance and forensic investigations
- Legal & compliance trainings for business and functions, corporate policies development
- Conducting legal research and investigation
Your skills:
- Positive attitude and drive
- Strong team-player
- Experience in a similar position from 3+ years
- Master's degree (legal education)
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
