Join our fast growing company as a Customer Care Specialist for our Client! To support the ongoing growth and commitment to their customers, we are currently seeking a professional who can work for a mixed-reality attractions platform that combines sport and high-quality digital games, where they turn sports activities into immersive experiences. It is a remote, self employment, full-time position.
Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24/7, day and night shifts, 2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest.

Your responsibilities:
- Politely respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner;
- Support with technical questions;
- Cooperate with development and QA teams to resolve the issues from customers;
- Analyze customer requests and suggest improvements;
- Develop healthy Customer Relationships;
- Keep clients engaged and regularly using products;
- Constant follow up on clients and leads: service usage, issues, renewals;
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the client services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solutions for their needs;
- Build customer loyalty and retention;
- Resolve customer issues;
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the client;
- Build Trust and Transparency with Clients;
- Onboards new clients via WhatsApp / Google Meet.
Requirements for this role:
- English B2-C1 (writing);
- Experience with Windows OS will be an advantage;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Experience as a Customer Support Representative;
- Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
- Respect for the client, focus on helping clients (empathy, calm character);
You are our perfect candidate if you:

Strong problem-solving skills;
Have B2-C1 English language skills (written);
Have 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care;
Experience with Windows OS will be an advantage;
General knowledge of CRM systems, Zendesk, Asana, Slack, Chats, Social Messengers, ZOOM, Google Meet;
Confident in hardware and software, PC, Laptops, projectors, cabling, Windows OS, Networking;
Time management skills;
Speak English fluently (English C1, professional level of speaking and writing);
Are able to work on the following schedules : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24/7, day and night shifts, 2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest;
Are available to start immediately.
KPI goals will be shared after the probation period based on:
- FRT
- AHT
- ART
- SLA
