About the role: the main responsibility is to take care about our clients as about your friends. You will be a liaison between our clients (e-commerce/retail companies or manufacturers) and fleet managers (people who are responsible for everything connected with drivers).
Requirements:
• Exceptional proficiency in English is must.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills in German OR Spanish, both written and spoken, are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAAS products, focusing on areas such as account management, client relationship management, or partner management.
• Strong skills of identifying clients needs, gathering customer data
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC usage.
• Empathy and the ability to communicate proactively, quickly, and courteously.
• Would be a plus: Experience in a startup environment.
Main responsibilities:
• Onboarding of the clients.
• Demo preparations of the software and apps.
• Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
• Client account management.
• Cooperation with product team.
