We’re looking for someone who can organize and run our outbound process end-to-end: keep it structured, consistent, and measurable. Your main focus is building a predictable flow of qualified meetings for our team.
What you will do
Own the outbound process: define workflow, cadence, follow-ups, and lead stages.
Prospecting & list building: find relevant companies and decision-makers (LinkedIn Sales Navigator + enrichment).
Outbound messaging: maintain sequences and templates, add light personalization, keep messaging consistent and professional.
Pipeline & CRM hygiene: keep lead statuses, next steps, and follow-ups accurate and on time.
Book demos: convert outbound outreach into qualified intros and scheduled calls.
Reporting & iteration: track response and conversion rates by segment/channel and improve the process.
Scale the function: document playbooks and help onboard junior support as volume grows.
About You
1+ years in B2B outbound / SDR / lead gen / sales ops (IT services or SaaS is a plus).
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written + short calls).
Process-driven, reliable, and able to work independently.
