We are growing, and we need a proactive Sales Specialist to help us find and connect with our future clients.
The Role
We aren't looking for someone to just click buttons. We need a partner who can take ownership of our outreach strategy. You will be the first point of contact for Varex, helping us build a strong B2B sales funnel.
What you will do:
Find & Connect: Identify potential clients and craft personalized messages that get responses (no spammy templates!).
Book Meetings: Your main goal is to turn cold leads into warm intros and schedule demos for our team.
Take Charge: Manage your own pipeline and analyze what works. We value your input on how to improve our sales process.
Scale Your Team: This is a growth role. Once you establish a working funnel, we plan to hire junior specialists to handle the routine tasks under your supervision, allowing you to focus on strategy and closing.
About You
Experience: You’ve worked in Lead Gen or B2B Sales and know how to use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively.
Language: You have Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English. You can communicate clearly and naturally both in writing and on calls.
Managerial Mindset: You are self-driven and don’t need micromanagement. You view this not just as a task-execution job, but as managing a business process.
