Ready to join a vibrant team in the sunny city of Marbella? We're looking for a Human Resources/Office Administrator to bring their sunshine to our workspace!
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Organization and Coordination: Keep our office running smoothly by managing workspace activities and ensuring everything functions effectively.
- Personnel Administration: Take charge of recruitment, personnel records, contracts, and labour law compliance.
- Management Support: Assist with meetings, negotiations, document preparation, and maintaining business contacts.
- Personal Support: Help manage business trips, document preparation, and event organization for our management team.
- Sales Support: Maintain sales database and CRM system to support Sales Manager with operational / daily activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or personnel records management, or a strong desire to learn! Experience in Construction or / and Property Management or agency is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Understand personnel legislation and recruitment processes.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential!
- Attention to Detail: We value precision and accuracy.
