IntelliCeed Inc. is an outsourcing IT company focused on web and mobile application development. Since 2017, we’ve been helping businesses create products that improve everyday life and deliver a better user experience.
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing IT team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting core HR processes, contributing to recruitment activities, and helping build a structured and transparent people function within the company.
This position combines HR operations and recruitment support, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with people, keeping things organized, and taking ownership.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruiting in the IT industry.
- You understand how hiring works and have worked with candidates.
- You have experience in effectively supporting the HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance review, training and offboarding).
- You can work independently without constant supervision.
- You’re organized and can keep processes and data in order.
- You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with people.
- You’re proactive and take initiative.
- You have experience in supporting employee engagement activities (events, team initiatives)
- Experience with Google Docs / Sheets and HRM Systems.
- English level — intermediate or higher.

Responsibility

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee data.
- Communicate with the team (1:1s, feedback, check-ins).
- Support hiring:
create job descriptions
source candidates
run screening calls
Work closely with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update data in the HR system.
- Improve HR processes and internal workflows.
- Support employee engagement activities (team events, internal initiatives).
- Coordinate internal communications.
