A Separate Division of Helvetas has operated in Ukraine for about two (2) years.

For Helvetas operations in Ukraine, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our organization upon agreement

Human Resource and Administration Manager 

In this role, you will manage the recruitment and sourcing of talented candidates for our operations in Ukraine, while also driving initiatives in onboarding, staff development, HR-related quality assurance and overall staff well-being. You will work in other HR and Administration fields, such as HR management, enriching this role. You would be a perfect match for our team if you understand HR and Administration holistically, excel at creating meaningful connections and want to contribute to Helvetas' vision with highly qualified and committed employees.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an HR Manager, preferably in a humanitarian/recovery context
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts
• Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
• Interested in international development cooperation and have (ideally) already gained experience in an international cooperation project abroad.
• Enthusiastic about future developments in the labor market, as well as around active sourcing
• Proactive, flexible and curious and are characterized by a customer-oriented and communicative personality
• Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile 
• Good level of English, both written and verbal
