Social Media Manager (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube)

We are "Productech" - a Ukrainian team that produces electronics of its own brands in China and sells them in America on Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc. Our product portfolio includes wireless headphones and speakers, air purifiers, massage guns, voice recorders, and accessories. Successfully operating since 2015, headquartered in Miami, USA.

Cooperation with "Produсtech" gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting Social Media Manager (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube etc) to our team in order to have the opportunity to continue to grow. 

Responsibilities:

• increasing the company's sales through effective interaction with influencers in social networks: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc;

• design TikTok and Instagram strategy to expand brand reach and generate sales;

• develop social media plans, content strategies and calendars with an emphasis on setting strategic goals, defining audiences and identifying key tactical frameworks;

• create engaging and creative content that drives performance;

• plan, write, schedule and manage the execution and engagement of social posts across TikTok and Instagram;

• identify, build and maintain strong working relationships with key Influencers and partners on TikTok and Instagram;

• report and analyze monthly social metrics such as sales, growth, engagement, conversation, amplification and leads across owned channels to guide and optimize the social platform strategy;

• be the authority on our social media ecosystem by staying on top of best practices, trends, and industry updates.

Requirements:

• proficient in the use of the English language, have perfect English grammar;

• 3+ years of experience with strategic TikTok and Instagram management on the USA market, content generation and copywriting;

• proven successful track record in managing social media strategy for brands;

• proven successful track record in effective influencer strategy implementation;

• expert knowledge of the social media industry & trends across TikTok and Instagram on the USA market;

• ability to multitask while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organization;

• demonstrated ability to be a team player;

• high level of result orientation;

• ability to work across departments, communicating creative messaging needs, as well as coordinating production of creative assets.
