We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take BetterMe brand to the next level, with a primary focus on the US market. If you’re passionate about wellness and social media, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft & Execute Social Media Strategies: Develop and implement powerful social media strategies tailored to global markets, with a strong emphasis on the US audience.
• Create Buzz-Worthy Content: Bring your creativity to life by generating ideas for viral content and producing engaging visuals, videos, and text that resonate with our community.
• Analyze & Innovate: Dive deep into social media performance metrics to uncover insights, test new ideas, and continually refine our approach.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and innovations, and seamlessly integrate them into our content strategy.
• Collaborate & Co-Create: Work closely with our design team, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure our visual content is top-notch.
• Build & Engage Our Community: Partner with our community support team to nurture a vibrant, engaged community on our social media platforms.

You’re the Ideal Candidate If:

• You’re a strong and ambitious SMM professional with atleast 2-3 years of experience under your belt.
• You have a portfolio showcasing your work and successful cases to back it up (required as a must).
• You’re a natural organizer with the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
• You live and breathe social media trends, effortlessly tracking and adapting to what’s new and hot
• You’re a content creation pro, skilled in using tools to produce engaging videos and static visuals.
• Your copywriting game is on point, and you can craft compelling wellness content across any format.
• You leverage AI tools to streamline your work and boost productivity.
• You take a data-driven approach, confidently analyzing your performance with a solid grasp of basic marketing principles.
