YOUR ROLE:
Purchase to Pay process (PTP), 50% of scope:
- Review and validate acts of acceptance, purchase orders, and invoices for commercial, office, and fleet streams; ensure proper postings in the SAP system.
- Process incoming VAT (posting of VAT invoices to the SAP system based on M.E.DOC) to ensure compliance with the legislatively established format and adherence to tax regulations.
- Manage the write-off of future expenses to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- Perform vendor balance reconciliations to maintain clarity and accountability; engage in negotiations to resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with business shared centers in Bratislava and Manila.
- Create monthly accrual files based on business input.
Travel and Expense process (T&E), 50% of scope:
- Oversee the processing of travel and expense reports to ensure accurate reporting of expenditures by checking all required documents (hotel invoices, taxi bills, T&E printed forms, and travel certificates).
- Ensure compliance of the T&E process with company standards and legal requirements. Provide support to travelers facing specific issues and assist with system functionalities.
- Manage the archiving of accounting documents, T&E reports, and PTP documents, ensuring proper organization for future reference and audits.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Аccounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in a multinational company is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Advanced level of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
