The Finance and accounting manager will successfully fit into existing role within the finance department of the business mainly taking care about our invoicing process, personally delivering the smooth process and results for partner and service-providers compensations, and will oversee the statutory accounting function to be performed correctly with the help and assistance of other team members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Invoicing: actual calculations and half-automated billing
- Tech team interaction
- Business statistics
- Account management team interaction
- Compensations (partners, service-providers, part-time freelancers, etc): journal to report accrual process
- All departments interaction
- Accounting month-end process management (together with other accounting staff)
- Annual financial audits support and supervision
Qualifications:
- Education level: finance/accounting
- IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Experience: 3 years of similar experience with accounting background (minor management experience is a benefit)
- Specific skills: 1C accounting
- English level - Intermediate
- Personal characteristics: self-driven, accountable, energetic
