As an Account Manager, you will manage global sponsorship accounts and drive their successful integration into the NAVI ecosystem. You will act as a key link between external partners and internal teams, including media, marketing, operations, merchandise, and community, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship activations and strategic collaborations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Account Management / Project Management / Partnership Management;
Experience working with clients or partners in digital / esports / media / marketing;
Project management skills: defining technical requirements, planning, prioritization, team management, quality control;
Understanding of digital marketing principles;
Understanding of social media as a working tool;
Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously (multi-account management);
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Experience with project management tools;
Proficiency in G-Suite;
Basic knowledge of Figma.

Proactivity and initiative in problem-solving;
Attention to detail and quality control;
Team collaboration and a leadership approach to process coordination.
WILL BE A PLUS
Knowledge and understanding of the gaming and esports industry will be a strong advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-cycle management of strategic sponsors on a daily basis;
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders;
Understanding partners’ business goals;
Planning, managing, and overseeing the execution of sponsorship obligations;
Setting and monitoring task execution across teams (marketing / media / operations / merchandise / community), both long-term and one-time;
Managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously;
Participating in project budgeting and cost control;
Maintaining documentation, reporting, and preparing regular (quarterly / annual) reports for partners;
Controlling and administering the payment process.
